I consult. I don't sell.

Think of me the way you'd think of a good lawyer or a trusted financial adviser. You're not just paying them to find information.

You're paying for their experience and judgement.

That's what I do with travel. I listen carefully to what you need. I ask about your family, your interests, your budget, the experience you're looking for. And then I tell you honestly what will work and what won't. Sometimes that means a different destination, a different time of year, or something you hadn't considered at all. Something better.

THIRTY YEARS AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF THE INDUSTRY.

This means I have personal relationships with Directors of Sales and Hotel General Managers worldwide. When something needs addressing, whether before you travel or while you are away, I have the relationships and the standing to get it resolved. That is not something you can access by booking direct.

YOUR FINANCIAL SECURITY

I work in partnership with 360 Private Travel, one of the world's leading luxury travel networks. Every booking I make for you is financially protected by law, fully licensed under ATOL 7514 and IATA 91-200056, with all the financial and legal obligations those memberships carry under UK law.

Booking your flights and accommodation as a package through me means both are protected together under one legal framework. Booking them separately, even through reputable companies, does not carry the same protection. Most people never need to know this. But when something goes wrong it is the most important distinction there is.

I strongly recommend taking out comprehensive travel insurance at the point of booking, ideally including cancellation for any reason cover. Knowing what you are covered for before you travel is part of what I do.

BUYING POWER YOU CANNOT ACCESS ALONE

Booking direct puts you in a queue. Booking through me puts you in a different category entirely.

Through my Virtuoso membership, Forbes Travel Guide endorsement and preferred partnerships with over 1,700 of the world's leading hotels, my clients arrive with status. Not as a standard guest but as someone the hotel knows is important, is connected, and is being looked after by someone who will notice if they aren't. That changes how you are treated at every level.

When something needs resolving I have the relationships and the standing to make it happen. The added value, the upgrades, the preferential treatment, these come with the territory. But the real power is knowing that someone who is taken seriously in this industry is looking after you.

SOMEONE IN YOUR CORNER WHEN IT MATTERS

"You don't need Larissa when things go right. You need her when things go wrong."

— Hugo and Tor Hardman, Kenya

"Larissa organised a fantastic trip to Australia for my 50th. Nothing was too much trouble. When bushfires closed our hotel in the Blue Mountains 48 hours before our arrival, Larissa was brilliant at finding us an alternative destination, despite the time difference with the UK and it being Christmas Eve. We were incredibly grateful for her amazing support."

— Andrea Gray, Australia

THERE ARE NO TRAVEL HOT SPOTS. JUST WHAT'S HOT FOR YOU.

The difference between a good trip and one you never forget is in the detail. A guide who changes how you see everything around you. An experience that could only have happened because someone listened carefully enough to know you needed it.

A musician's son in Cuba. A private drumming lesson with one of Havana's finest musicians. Not a tourist experience. A real one.

A family in Mumbai. A personal shopper who knew the city the way only locals do.

A safari in Africa. A guide who trained with the British Army in Kenya, qualified as a ranger, and established the first all-female ranger team on the continent. Going into the bush with that behind you changes everything.

This is what I mean by experiential travel. Not a category. A way of working.

Experience. Judgement. Taste.

"Tell me where you want to go. I'll tell you how I can help."
